Children's Literacy in the Bag (Now Through Sep. 28)

Whole Foods has generously launched its new program called "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" to assist in our literacy efforts. For every reuseable bag customers brings in to shop at Whole Foods Market, Kids to Kids will receive a nickel. The program will run through September 28 at the Whole Foods in Summerlin.

SkinBar Book Drive to Benefit Kids to Kids (Sep. 1-30)

SkinBar, a skin care center in Henderson, Nevada, is teaming up with Spread the Word Nevada: Kids to Kids, to collect new and gently-used books during September. At-risk students and their families from 16 elementary schools in the Las Vegas Valley will benefit from the books. Lynda Dheming Moore, Licensed Aesthetician and Developer of SkinBar, will issue a $5 coupon for products in exchange for every two books donated. SkinBar is located at 10870 S.
